Students, faculty and staff may request key(s) with the submission of the online Key
Request Form by using the link below. All requests will be approved via the employees
direct report. Please allow up to 48 hours to process. You will receive an email
from campus services when your key request is ready for pick up. All college issued
keys MUST be returned to Campus Services upon leaving employment or schooling. Fines
will be imposed for unreturned keys.
Replacement of lost keys will be assessed at $50 per door affected plus $7.00 per
affected key. Replacement of card key or pass code for electronic locks will be $12.50
per card or program change. If you have any questions not answered, please feel free

Loss of keys will render the authorized holder of keys legally responsible for the
expense of re-keying all affected areas.
